We have the capability to do all types of metal and plastic welding and fabrication.
PAINTING:
MAG uses the PPG paint systems for automotive quality finishes to all our painted products. We use the latest computerized paint mixing system to provide accurate colour mixing, and all painting is done in our 9m gas fired paint spray booth.
ENGINEERING:
We offer CAD & CAM engineering design services to ensure that your large sign structure meets the requirement of the project.
ROUTERING:
We have two CNC Router machines giving us the capability to quickly process full size sheets for larger signs.
DRAPE FORMING:
Our acrylic heating oven can take sheets up to 2400x1200mm.
ACRYLIC FOLDING:
We have a new Shannon double-sided strip folder which can take full size sheets of various thicknesses up to 3000mm long.
STEEL FOLDING:
We have a 180 Ton CNC Press Brake with a 2.7m throat for all sheet metal and folding requirements.
SIGN DESIGN:
Our 14 years of experience in making all types of signage allows us to easily manufacture any sign you require, without the need for any structural details.
